To a large extent, clients make advisors what they are. By setting the task, defining the framework and bringing their individual personalities, they provide directions regarding how succession advisory works. Nothing will be shared with the public, the market or other parts of the organization until a plan for communications is in place.

There is no public client list or any other project reference as my clients prefer to keep their advisory requirements private. If you are looking for succession advice, we should discuss your plans. Then, I will provide you with suitable references/referees and the confidentiality protecting my clients will apply to you as well.

You may expect references from succession solutions for top management and boards from a range of industries. Projects are related to regular succession as well as change resulting from M&A transactions, crises, strategic re-assessment or compliance with corporate governance requirements, e.g. diversity.
