Experience

Until 2015 I was a partner at premier global executive search firm Spencer Stuart, advising management and supervisory boards of listed companies, family-owned firms and international organisations on leadership decisions for two decades. During this tenure, I also held management positions, Managing Director for Germany und Global Practice Leader for financial services, Spencer Stuart’s largest business practice.

Prior to consulting, securities trading and wealth management at Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank, Munich, were starting points. Then, I was Director in charge of building the investment management business of the group at Foreign & Colonial in London, followed by leading marketing and sales in Western Europe for Pioneer Investments, a Boston based asset manager. For several years, I was Managing Director of my family’s engineering firm which had production sites in Germany and Austria.
